I also teach sequential art, or how to tell a story visually
Over the past 30 plus years, I’ve been drawing storyboards for ad agencies and creating comic books, like The Swede. Over the years, I’ve had people ask for tips and pointers on how to better convey action and emotion in scenes. If anyone out there is interested, I do give lessons for a minimal charge. You can check out my body of work via the book previews on this site, or check out any of my links to my projects as seen on the home page.
How it works: It’s $50 for each session, and you can pay via Paypal to my email address below. Then I would send you a write up of a scene, which you would then break down the action and draw up to the best of your abilities. After you scan in the pages and send them to me, I’d assess the work and give notes, and constructive criticism. Afterward, we can do as many sessions as you like with the same process.
